 Welcome to Life Changing Challengers. I am your host, Brad minus. I'm an endurance coach, and I have been for about 13 years. And the message that I've been giving most of my clients is to stop looking for ways to lose weight, get fit, find something that you are passionate about, and get fit and lose weight on the way. 

And I found that this has given people a lot. More results, and they're a lot happier with it, and they find that they grow as people on the way to that big goal, that big passion in the sky.  So instead of trying to lose weight and get fit, do an Ironman triathlon, go after a marathon, do an ultra marathon, be successful in business,  change their mindset, come out of addiction, and get past an injury.

Those are the people that I'm going to be interviewing on this podcast.  I hope you'll like it. And I hope you get some ideas for yourself on how to grow and you obtain your goals and your dreams.  I want these episodes to spark your desire so you can incinerate your limits.
